Access to account balances and details
Option to upload claims and submit receipts
View recent transactions along with details
Ability to receive email and SMS alerts
Contact administrator via email or mobile phone through the app
Enhanced authentication support including Picture/Passphrase, device identification, and Challenge questions
View profile details and dependents information
Access card details and PIN
Direct registration of new users via the mobile device
Add healthcare expenses for future payment
View expenses added through eClaims manager
Edit or update billing address as needed*
Report a lost or stolen card, order a replacement card*
Attach provider names to newly submitted claims, pay providers directly from the app*
