<p>HNAS Flex Mobile, developed by HealthNow Administrative Services, offers participants a convenient platform to manage their consumer-driven healthcare and other tax-favored benefit accounts. The app includes various features such as:</p>

<ul>
  <li>Access to account balances and details</li>
  <li>Option to upload claims and submit receipts</li>
  <li>View recent transactions along with details</li>
  <li>Ability to receive email and SMS alerts</li>
  <li>Contact administrator via email or mobile phone through the app</li>
  <li>Enhanced authentication support including Picture/Passphrase, device identification, and Challenge questions</li>
  <li>View profile details and dependents information</li>
  <li>Access card details and PIN</li>
  <li>Direct registration of new users via the mobile device</li>
  <li>Add healthcare expenses for future payment</li>
  <li>View expenses added through eClaims manager</li>
  <li>Edit or update billing address as needed*</li>
  <li>Report a lost or stolen card, order a replacement card*</li>
  <li>Attach provider names to newly submitted claims, pay providers directly from the app*</li>
